Where Were You?

Hi Heather, Just thought you should know how much we all missed you at the Vancouver motorcycle show this year. It just wasn't the same without you. Good luck with your new season.Ride Safe
Al and the crew.

where were you response

Hey Al, Glad to hear that I was missed at the Vancouver Bike Show. I would've liked to attend again this year but I was busy driving tow truck and I couldn't get away. (some TV star I am) You see Al...we get winter here in the east. That snow storm you had a while back....happens all the time here in Ontario. You guys on the West Coast are just spoiled! Anyway, sorry I missed it, I heard it was a good show. Maybe I should trade my snow shovel for an umbrella and just move to BC! ....what do you think?
Heather.

Headin' West?

Dear Heather, I heard that Biker TV is coming to Red Deer to ride with the HOG Chapter. Is this true? I never miss Biker TV. Ride to live. Ken Barwell> email: bubbleman_1963@yahoo.ca

Headin' West Response

Hey Ken, I'm not sure what HOG chapters I'll be riding with this season, but I'm sure I'll see you down the road anyway! Take er easy and keep it between the ditches! Heather.

I met Mike"Toad" and his wife Marlene "Mrs Toad" last year when I went to Nova Scotia to film for BikerTV's upcoming season. We had planed a ride of the week segment with them and Mike had expressed concern that we wouldn't have many riders due to short notice and the ride being scheduled on a weekday. I told him "don't worry about it... all we need is a dozen or so."
Anyway to make along story short and to let you know what kind of guy Toad was, I arrived at Toads on Thursday morning. He quickly got his guys to rustle me up a sweet bike to ride, as well as fix one of our crew bikes. He made sure we were full of cofee and doughnuts and he and Marlene along with 174 of his closest friends joined me for a ride to Peggy's Cove! "Ride in peace Toad"
